Peakcyclesport is a UK company and complies with UK consumer law, this includes the Distance Selling Regulations which give you the right to return any goods or cancel an order within 7 days.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability.
Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Site Security
All online credit and debit card payments are processed through Secure Trading (www.securetrading.com), who are one of the leading online secure payment companies. Card details are handled solely by Secure Trading, and are not stored or known to the Peakcyclesport website, nor available to Peakcyclesport personnel. Secure Trading achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
Payment Methods
We except all types of Visa and Mastercard (Credit/debit cards) through our payment gateway Secure Trading.
Privacy Policy
Peakcyclesport will only ask you for the information we need to complete your order and communicate with you should there be a need to during the process.
At Peakcyclesport we promise never to share any of this information with a third party unless requested to do so by yourselves.
Stock Accuracy
We have a large range of products on our website, a majority of which we hold in stock, however there will inevitably be occasions when an item you order will be out of stock. When this occurs we will call or email you to inform you of an expected delivery date.

Our website team work hard to create the content, images and descriptions featured on this site and every effort is made to be as accurate as possible.
Website Usage Disclaimer
Peakcyclesport disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise relating to use of this site, www.peakcylesport.com.
Delivery
Peakcyclesport currently only deliver to the UK.
Deliveries will be made by courier service (usually next day) and will need to be signed for so please make sure there is someone available to sign for the order.
We normally deliver to the cardholders address however in exceptional circumstances we will deliver to an alternative address.
In the case of one of our couriers attempting to deliver when no one is at the delivery address they will leave a card with the telephone number of their local depot, you can call them and arrange to collect from the depot or arrange a convenient time for them to re-deliver.
If the ordered goods are undelivered and are returned to us, the delivery cost will not be refunded. In the case of free delivery
When signing for any delivery from us please inspect the packaging and if there are signs of damage please write the word 'damaged' next to where you sign the consignment document - this is particularly important when receiving a bicycle.
Delivery times
After placing your order we will despatch it as soon as possible. If your item is in stock we usually despatch orders placed within one working day. If your item is out of stock we will order it in and usually have it within three working days. Should your item be unavailable from our suppliers we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
We aim to despatch your order within 1 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), however most orders do leave within 1-2 working days.
If you place an order for an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to advise you of the expected delay, either by email or telephone.
Returns
All items that are to be returned must be accompanied by a filled in returns form that can be downloaded here. Once submitted please print out and include with the returned item.
If you aren't happy with your purchase please return it in an unused re-sellable condition (including any packaging and manufacturers labels) to us within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund excluding any postage costs. Where there is free delivery you will receive a free return minus the delivery cost – between £20-£30 for bikes and £5-£10 for other items. Items returned outside of the 14 day period or without labels as above will be subject to a restocking fee.
When returning any item to us for whatever reason it is your responsibility until the goods have been delivered to us. We cannot be held responsible for lost items sent back.
If you are returning an item due to an error by us, we will cover the cost to return the item (up to first class recorded level, please make a note on the returns form you would like the postage cost refunding) and there will be no additional cost for us to send out the correct item. If there is a larger item that you need to return due to our mistake please contact us first (email returns@peakcyclesport.com) as we may be able to get our couriers to collect the item.
If you wish to return a bike for any reason then you will have to arrange the return yourself and will be liable for any damage in transit on the return journey.
Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used.

Warranty Returns
Should your product develop a fault whilst still under warranty, we shall sort it for you. Please email returns@peakcylesport.com
Please contact us before returning warranty items as some can be sent to the manufacturer direct to speed up turnaround times. Items maybe required to be returned to the UK importer/manufacturer to be assessed if the fault is within the offered warranty terms.
However the postage costs to return the product to us will be at your expense.
